Yoga Mudra
NITK SRC successfully organized four transformative 7-day Yoga Mudra camps, fostering holistic well-being and mindfulness. The esteemed Shree Neerava Swamiji from Dharmasthala graced the camp as the resource person, guiding participants through profound practices aimed at cultivating a balanced and healthy lifestyle.
During these immersive three-hour sessions, participants delved into the art of Yoga Mudra, learning the significance of mindful eating, effective stress management, and techniques to overcome anxiety and anger. Nearly 30 NITK families and students experienced the invaluable benefits of this enriching program, which was complemented by the provision of wholesome, nourishing meals to support their journey toward well-being.
