Naach Dance Group – One Year Celebration

The Naach Dance Group proudly celebrated its First Anniversary on 1st December 2025 at 6:00 PM, held at the Ground Floor of the NITK Staff Recreation Club. The joyous occasion was graced by our esteemed guests, Professor Laxminidhi, Dean (FSW), Professor Shashikanth Koudur, PIC SRC and Shree Leeldhar Kulal, Dance Teacher.

The program commenced with a soulful Invocation by Mrs. Vani, Dr. Maithili, and Mrs. Nalina, setting a serene tone for the evening. A warm welcome address was delivered by Mrs. Supritha , followed by a floral welcome to the dignitaries by Smt. Anuradha, Mrs. Vani, Mrs. Komala, Mrs. Nalina, Mrs. Namratha, and Mrs. Niveditha.

Mrs. Nalina presented a brief report and introduction of the Naach Dance Group, highlighting the team’s journey and achievements over the past year.

As part of the celebration, a heartfelt Guru Vandane was offered to Shri. Leeladhar Kulal, who was honored with a shawl, fruits, and a memento by the Naach Dance Group as a token of love and respect. The Assistant Choreographers, Ms. Deepa and Ms. Sanvi, were also felicitated for their valuable contributions.

The dance class was beautifully coordinated by Mrs. Neema I.K. and Mrs. Supritha Devadiga. Both Prof. Shashikanth Koudur and Prof. Laxminidhi addressed the gathering with inspiring words that motivated the members to continue their artistic journey with passion and dedication.

Following the speeches, all members of the group joined together to honor the Dance Guru and Assistant Choreographers.

The evening came alive with vibrant dance performances by Mrs. Supritha, Mrs. Vani, Dr. Maithili, Mrs. Anuradha, Mrs. Jayalaxmi, Mrs. Geetha, Mrs. Rheema Arya, Mrs. Kokila, Mrs. Chethana, Mrs. Namratha, and Mrs. Niveditha, each showcasing the spirit and talent of the group.

The program concluded with a vote of thanks delivered byMrs. Niveditha, expressing gratitude to all participants, guests, and well-wishers. The event was gracefully compered by Mrs. Jayalaxmi, who kept the evening flowing with charm and enthusiasm.
